I have to say this is an amazing property. I was given a tour and the leaser was extremely informative. I am looking to move in October and I did not feel pressured. The amenities are amazing. This is definitely at the top of my list.

My husband and I were looking for a new apartment and we came across the Charleston. The staff was great very polite and knowledgeable about the complex. They were so compassionate about meeting our needs. I would definitely recommend you go check them out!

Me and my wife just moved to Sacramento and found this gem. The gym is not big but perfect, haven’t had a chance to use the pool but can’t wait. I got a call from the regional manager Raysha who asked how my move in experience was, if there was anything we needed or anything they could improve on. she even gave me a great place to take my wife for valentine’s day. Now that’s customer service

I’ve lived here at the Charleston for a year and we recently got a new maintenance gentleman by the name of Moses. He is the best customer service and always a smile on his face. They needed someone like him around. He really cares about our community.

I just wanted to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Moses, our amazing maintenance man. He’s always on top of work orders, completing them quickly and efficiently without ever cutting corners. Not only is he super reliable, but he’s also incredibly friendly and professional every time we interact. It’s clear he really cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. I truly appreciate all that he does to keep our community running smoothly. Thank you, Moses—you’re awesome!
