Let me start off by saying I have lived here for a number of years. Since I have moved in I have had no issues with any of my neighbors or the staff. It has been my experience that this has been a nice quiet place to live. At the beginning of July, there was a management switch. Now I’m not sure why that happened, but in the time the new team has been here many things have been corrected around the property that the previous management neglected. Overall I have enjoyed my stay at The Charleston and I hope to continue to be a resident here! BTW..the renovated units here look AMAZING!!

Since we got another management last year, it's so much better. The Managment in 2016-2017 was horrible. So glad they aren't here yet. We like living here. The keep the place nice and clean.
