I moved out and forgot a package but the lovely staff was kind enough to hold my package for me until I was back in town and able to pick it up. I can not say enough good things about this place and the amazing office/maint. Staff, so sad I had to move! Recommend for any first time renters. :)

I have been having a great experience living at the Charleston. Clean and organized. On top of that management really know how to make residents feel valued,. Huge shout out to Brianna, Alexis, and Tori! Thanks

I have lived here for 2 years. It has been a wonderful experience with Alexis as a property manager and Brianne as the assistant they are so helpful and I love them. Any time I've needed their help they have been there to assist me whenever they can. When I needed to just talk they have always been there to listen they are two of the most wonderful people that I have met in my life.

Beautiful property! Bri in the office was so sweet and helpful. She helped my roommate Shalissa and I feel comfortable and answered all our questions. If you stop by, I recommend you speak with Bri she truly goes above and beyond!
